At agent red we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how Agent Red LLC(“agent red”, “we” or “us”) collects, uses and shares information when you use agent red (the “Service”), as further described in our Terms of Service, and when you visit our website.
We are the controller of personal information described here, except where we process it on your behalf as described under “Customer Data” below.
Information we collect
We collect personal information when you:
- register an account or join an organization;
- use the Service;
- contact us, for example for support, or interact with our marketing and events; and
- visit our website.
This may include your name, work email address, organization and domain, payment and billing information (processed by our payment provider), IP address, and anything else you choose to give us.
How we use it, and why
Account
To create and administer your account and organization, authenticate you, and manage your balance and billing. We process your name, email address, organization and billing details. We keep this for as long as your account is active, and longer where law requires, for example for tax and accounting.
Providing the service
To deliver the Service, including running operations, connecting and managing agents, and showing you findings. This involves information collected automatically, such as IP address, device and browser information, timestamps, agent and operation metadata, usage and action counts, and system configuration details. We keep this for as long as needed to provide the Service and meet our legal obligations.
Support and communication
To respond to your requests and communicate with you about the Service, including important notices about your account, security and changes to our terms. We process what you send us and keep it for as long as needed to help you and to meet legal and dispute-handling needs.
Marketing
To send you product news and other commercial communications. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in a message or by contacting us, and we will stop. Where the law requires your consent, we will ask for it.
Analytics, security and improvement
To understand how the website and Service are used, fix problems, prevent abuse and fraud, and improve the Service. We use analytics tools that set cookies or similar technologies and record page views, referrers and campaign parameters. We aggregate or anonymize data where we can.
Customer Data
Operations that you run may capture information from the systems you test, such as configuration details, evidence, and sometimes personal information held on those systems. We handle that information as your service provider and process it only to provide the Service to you and as you instruct. You are responsible for having the right to test those systems and to collect that information. Customer Data is isolated per organization, and you can delete it from the console when you no longer need it.
AI model requests made by operators are routed through your organization’s gateway, which holds the provider keys, so keys are not stored on your agents. The text of those requests, which may include Customer Data, is sent to the AI model provider to generate a response.
Cookies and analytics
Our website and console use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to operate the site and keep you signed in, and others to measure usage and the effectiveness of our marketing. Analytics may be provided by PostHog and Google Analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and blocking some of them may affect how the site works. Where required by law we will ask for your consent.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it with:
- Service providers that act on our behalf, such as providers of hosting, authentication, analytics, email, support, payment processing and AI models. They may only use the information to provide services to us and are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.
- Your organization. Administrators of an organization you belong to can see account details and activity within that organization.
- Authorities and others where required, to comply with law, legal process or a government request, or to protect the rights, property and safety of agent red, our users or the public.
- A successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, sale of assets or similar transaction, or in insolvency, where the recipient agrees to protections substantially consistent with this policy.
Where information is processed
We are based in the United States and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where we transfer personal information out of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss and misuse, described further on our security page. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including to satisfy legal, accounting or reporting requirements, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. When it is no longer needed we delete or anonymize it.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR and UK GDPR and US state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you and receive a copy;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
- delete your personal information;
- restrict or object to certain processing, including direct marketing;
- receive your information in a portable format; and
- withdraw consent where we rely on it.
These rights are not absolute and may be subject to exceptions. You can update much of your information in your account settings. To make a request, email privacy@agent-red.si. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If you are in the EEA or UK you may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Children
The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and will delete it if we learn that we have.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this policy and the date at the top of this page. For material changes we will also notify you, for example by email or in the console.
